By using LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Use of LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) is limited to people who are 18 years or older.

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) reserves the right to ban any person, website domain or IP address from using the site for any reason whatsoever and without needing to state that reason.

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) cannot be held liable for any damages whatsoever. All data, photographs, videos, messages, graphics, comments, text, tags, or other materials ("content") are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. This means that you, and not LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!), are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available through LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!). LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) does not control the content posted and does not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of such content.

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) cannot be held liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content.

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) cannot be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the site's site-credit system. LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) reserves the right to refuse use of the site-credit system to any one and for any reason whatsoever and without needing to state that reason.

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) reserves the right to remove any content or any profile for any reason whatsoever and without needing to state that reason, and cannot be held liable for any resulting loss of content or site credits or any other resulting damages.

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) reserves the right to delete user profiles if no activity has been logged on the account for six (6) months. Exceptions will be made for profiles that contain publicly available content such as writing or photographs.

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) is in no way responsible for the statements, imagery or conduct of anyone using the service. By using LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!), you consent to the possibility that you may be exposed to content that you consider indecent, objectionable or offensive.

You agree to indemnify and hold LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!), its officers and employees exempt from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any content or site credits you submit, transmit, transfer, give, post or otherwise make available through LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!).

Copyright of all content uploaded to LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) remains with the respective authors. The authors retain full rights to distribute and re-distribute their own work without prior consent from LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!).

By uploading content to LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!), you grant each user of LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) a non-exclusive license to access your content through LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such content as permitted through the functionality of LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) and under these Terms of Use.

To share or otherwise distribute another LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) user’s content beyond the acceptable "repost" and "share" functions which link back to the original user’s content page on LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!), whether online, in print publication, television, or any other format, you are required to obtain written permission from the LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) user who owns the copyright. This must be done in advance of usage and you must attribute credit to both LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) and the LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) user who owns the copyright as the source of the content.

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!). However, by submitting content to LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!), you hereby grant LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license which can be used to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!)'s (and its successors' and affiliates') business. This includes translating, promoting and redistributing part or all of said content without limitation in any media formats and through any media channels.

You understand and agree that LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies (“back-ups”) of your media that have been removed or deleted.

Privacy Policy

When you register on LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) your email address is recorded. Your IP address is recorded on every visit. LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) does not record any other information. Your email address will not be shared with third-parties.

The information you provide in your profile is voluntary. It is not fact-checked by LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!), and you can change it or delete it at any time. Such changes and deletions are not recorded by the site.

To delete your profile and all associated content completely, send your request to our publisher Jens Kristjansson through the site-mail associated with your profile. You must know, should you choose to do this, that this action cannot be undone and that all content associated with your profile, including your site-credits, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Permissible use of photographs and videos ("imagery")

The posting of nude, sexually explicit, overly suggestive, violent or degrading imagery is not permitted anywhere on the site, regardless of whether the post is public or private.

You may only post imagery that you own or have permission to use. For images that don't feature yourself and your life, you must upon approach be able to produce such permission (for instance by producing a scan of your relevant download history at your stock vendor).

You may not post photographs or videos of people who have not given you their consent to be featured by you on LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!).

Imagery that requires link-backs for authentication purposes may only be used in blogs, where a link-back option is provided.

The site retains the right to review all your imagery at any time without prior notice and without telling you about it after the fact. Images that violate the Terms of Use will be deleted by the site's inspectors. Repeated violations will lead to the suspension or deletion of your account.

Conduct

While the site encourages all manner of communication and discourse and provides a variety of tools for that purpose, mudslinging will not be permitted. Repeated violations will lead to the suspension or deletion of your account.

Site Credits

Site credits are the virtual currency of LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!).

Bloggers, writers, and others ("content producers") who hold the appropriate membership, and who use the LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) platform as an outlet for their creativity, may be rewarded by their audience with gifts of site credits given to them in the form of tips, virtual gifts, and other mechanisms made available by the site.

From time to time, for promotional purposes, the site may include a "free gift" of up to 20 (twenty) site credits with some or all new user accounts. Such "free gifts" are full-value site credits.

If enabled for your account, you may purchase site credits using your credit card. A surcharge of up to 30% may apply. Site credits can be moved between user accounts in various ways and without charge or loss of value.

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) reserves the right to limit (cap) the number of site credits any user, or group of users, can give, receive or hold in their site accounts for any reason whatsoever and without needing to state that reason.

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) reserves the right to refuse any user or group of users the use of site credits for any reason whatsoever and without needing to state that reason.

The on-site value of one site credit is equivalent to the value of one Euro (€1). Site credits hold no value outside of LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) and cannot be bought, sold, or otherwise traded. If site credits are enabled for your account you have the option to refuse them. This is done by operating the appropriate switch on your Profile settings page.

Site credits are intended for on-site use and enjoyment only. However, and as determined by the site on a case by case basis, the site may be willing to buy back the accumulated site credits of individual content producers who hold a level of membership that makes buy-backs possible. A mandatory hold-over period of no fewer than 30 days applies to all buy backs. A minimum account balance, a fixed fee and/or a commission of up to 30% may also apply. Other conditions may apply as determined by the site on a case-by-case basis.

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) reserves the right to refuse any content producer the buy-back of their site credits at any time, for any reason whatsoever and without needing to state that reason.

"Free gifts" are not eligible for buy-back.

Emails

LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) will send you one email when your account is initially registered, and a second email when your email address has been confirmed. LoveMe.eu (Love Me Europe!) will notify you by email when comments are made on your posts, when you receive site-mail and advances from users, etc, according to your notification settings. To change your notification settings, visit your Profile settings page.
