Specifically, the following types of content will be deleted immediately: anything pornographic or visually indecent; anything which infringes upon copyrights not held by the uploader; and, anything violating common European laws or otherwise generally considered illegal in the Western world.

LoveMe.eu is in no way responsible for any statements, imagery or conduct of any third party using the service. By using LoveMe.eu, you consent that you may be exposed to content that is indecent, objectionable or offensive.

You agree to indemnify and hold LoveMe.eu, its officers and employees exempt from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, transmit, post or otherwise make available through LoveMe.eu.

Copyright of all content uploaded to LoveMe.eu remains with the respective authors. The authors retain full rights to distribute and re-distribute their own work without prior consent from LoveMe.eu.

By uploading content to LoveMe.eu you grant each user of LoveMe.eu a non-exclusive license to access your content through LoveMe.eu, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such content as permitted through the functionality of LoveMe.eu and under these Terms of Use.

To publish another LoveMe.eu user’s content for any commercial purpose or for distribution beyond the acceptable "repost" and "Share on Social Media" functions which link back to the original user’s content page on LoveMe.eu, whether online, in print publication, television, or any other format, you are required to obtain written permission from said LoveMe.eu user in advance of said usage and attribute credit to LoveMe.eu and said LoveMe.eu user as the source of the content.

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to LoveMe.eu. All content posted must comply with the content guidelines of Google's AdSense program policies.

Privacy Policy

When you register on LoveMe.eu, we note your email address. Your IP address is recorded on every visit. We do not hold any other information relating to your account. Your email address will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

Emails

We will send one email when your account is initially registered and a second email when your email address has been confirmed. We will notify you by email when comments are made on your posts, when you receive sitemail and advances from users, etc. We do not send out mass-mailings of any kind.
